What is Awana?

Leading Kids Worldwide to Know, Love and Serve Christ

"Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed" taken from 2 Timothy 2:15.   Awana helps churches and parents work together to develop spiritually strong children and youth who faithfully follow Jesus Christ. The non-denominational program offers a proven approach for evangelizing and discipling kids in the church and community.  It began as a children's program at the North Side Gospel Center in Chicago in 1941. Today, more than 12,000 U.S. churches run Awana with programs in all 50 states. Awana can also be found over 6,000 churches in 109 other countries.

  • You can register your child at the church during Awana time (our Awana workers will be set up in the fellowship hall to assist you when you walk in) or if you would like to get a head start on things, you can print out the registration form by following the link above.

Just fill it out and bring it with you when you sign your child in for Awana on Wednesday, September 4th.

  • Our Awana Calendar helps to keep you updated with what's going on at Awana each week (such as crazy hair night or store night) as well as with Awana Special Events (like the Awana Grand Prix and Awards Night).
